Well, I'm afraid this might be too late, but I am in the same boat. Bloated gut, brain fog, people think I'm crazy, etc. etc. The BED has already helped me tremendously. I am about two or three weeks into it, and have cheated twice and as long as I keep the coconut water kefir, cultured veggies, and the BED principles, alternating grain and protein meals, it has gone very well, I should say.
