hi question on localized scleroderma

Hi There,
Not sure if you will be able to help but you seem very knowledgeable and quick to answer questions so thought I would try. I was diagnosed with localized scleroderma (morphea) as a teenager. this is an autoimmune illness. It has always been on my left thigh but has spread to a very large patch on that leg. I am now 34 years old, and recently I think a new plaque has appeared on both my arms Conventional medicine is pretty much useless when it comes to treating this disease. My question to you is do you know of some natural treatments that would help. Also, Why would my autoimmune disease begin to flare up after all these years and spread to two new places on my body. I guess i'm afraid that its an indication of something more serious going on. And ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.
