cleansing

Hi doc

I am awaiting my pre-cleans kit from barefoot and the one thing I really am trying to get straight is do I do the colon cleanse first then the kidney cleanse then the de-wormer? and when I'm through with those go on to the liver flush?

....Or do I do the Bowel and kidney cleanses and de wormer all at once and then do the liver flush at the end. I have been trying to find the instructions on barefoots web site and I haven't been able to locate it. I am asking you because I know you have done it yourself and because you are easier to ask.... LOL
