Colon, liver, parasites, FIRST. You can start all three at the same time.
14 days into the antiparasite program do a liver flush.
Continue on the antiparasite program for another 2 weeks, then Flush the liver again.
Then remain on maintanance antiparasite. Once a week. Flush when symptoms arise.
The colon cleanse is a variable. Once clean - twice a year.
After the colon is fully functional. One to two good movements a day. The liver decongested. The parasites gone. Let your body heal for a while.
The key is the liver. Once the liver is decongested and debugged it has a lot of work to do detoxing the rest of the body. Give it a chance to do so. A couple of months anyway.
Then, clean the kidneys.
That's the proper order.
As the liver detoxes the rest of the body it take's the pressure OFF the kidneys. Usually the kidneys will clear right up after the liver is on line and the bugs are gone. If they don't do some work on the kidneys. Remember the debris from the kidneys doesn't necesarily pass through the kidneys. Some of that debris will get into the blood to be filtered by the liver. Thus, the liver is first.
Usually kidney problems don't arise unless the liver is compromised. With the liver unable to do its role the kidneys pick it up and are overworked and thus get congested. Once the liver is back on line (decongested and debugged) the kidneys tend to clean right up all by themselves. You may have to do some work on the kidneys to clean the tubules that pass out of the kidneys but most of the time as long as the liver is staying on line and you're drinking your distilled water and taking your oils the kidneys bounce right back and are simply not a problem.
So, order of cleansing is: Colon, liver, antiparasite, 2 weeks on the bug killer, liver flush, another two weeks another flush. Then kidneys, if they need it.
And give your body a chance to heal. If the liver has been congested for any length of time (it has) you won't get your health back overnight. For sure you'll feel better and know you're on the right path but the liver has a lot of work to do so give it a chance to do so. As your health returns you'll know it.
Don't compare your symptoms day to day, campare on a month to month schedule or even six months to six moinths. Or even year to year. It takes 7 years to completely rebuild a body. 7 years. And that's if everything goes right. How often does that happen? So be gentle on yourself. Again, drink your distilled water, take your oils, figure out which type diet your body thrives best with and heal up.
I know Barefoot doesn't agree with this but it's what I've seen time and again. Once the liver is permenently on line the kidneys tend to get healthy and stay healthy without any help. Of course if they need help do the rest of it first and then the kidney cleanse.
Hope that clarifies things for you.
