Independent of the flush, that's a lot of eggs. But adding a couple of them with the flush is not counter productive to it. My results prove that. Can't definitively say it enhances it, but it certainly doesn't hurt it. I added the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) after I added the eggs. I'm always changing things up, so I'll probably eliminate the eggs on a future flush, just to observe the overall effects to my overall protocol.

The essense of HC's protocol, is ES and oil. The strictness of everything else is pure BS, though.
