Wanting to do liver flush

I just finished Humaworms parasite cleanse and besides the shitty die off my face did clear up a little bit but after a bit towards the end of the humaworm i got bad die off, I knew that was it because of the itchy anus and itchy skin as well as bad bad gas. I was told by the guy who runs the humaworm forum to wait 7 days after humaworm is finished to then do a liver flush. I was wondering if doing the Liver Flush then taking the humacleanse could replace doing a "colonic"? The humaclease is supposed to act like a sponge and clear out your colon and what not. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
