I have to wonder about one juicer being the ONLY one that would work.
I have a Green Star juicer ($350) and then I bought a Hamilton Beach juicer at Walmart for $60.00 and the only main difference between them is the juice does not oxidize as fast as the Hamilton Beach, so you would need to drink it the same day. It's fast and easy and easier to clean than the Green Star. If you wanted to make batches at one time and put in the frig, then you would want the Green Star. But the Hamilton Beach is soooo easy to clean, you wouldn't need to store it. The pulp is dryer from the Green Star but the amount of juice that you get over the Hamilton Beach is negligible.
I think it's a bunch of bull that there would be more enzymes and minerals because of how the juice is extracted. The Hamilton Beach juicer is the same as the Jack Lalanne juicer.

However organic produce over regular is quite dramatic, esp in flavor. I read (and it makes sense) that if you use chemical fertilizers to grow produce, then your produce will be deficient in other important vitamins and minerals because you overdosed it on nitrogen to make it grow. However, having said that, if that's all you have, then it's better than nothing. Walmart has some organic produce.

I live next to a soybean field, and I saw the farmer spraying the field with who knows what. And the poor deer are eating the sprayed fields. Yuck.
