This week I had a ripe pineapple in the blender with some water and ice cubes, wow. No blood Sugar dives for me.
Then, I made biscuits and gravy for the family. The belly bombs. That was the last for me! It didn't even taste good to me.
I am going to figure out a way to convert them somehow! :)
For lunch I had one zuchinni, some soaked almonds and a couple of figs. At work, people are looking a me funny LOL. I think they are getting used to it. One elderly lady is starting to eat salads. I may have a convert at the office!
