I highly question the motives behind this push for mass circumcisions in Africa.
The study was cut short, never peer reviewed, and when the statistics were analyzed showed that had the study ran the full length the rates would have been the same.
The rates were different because the men who got snipped were not sexually active for 2 months, unlike the uncut group. It takes 8 weeks to heal. That study would never pass a peer review and is highly suspect.

Also, Bush is promoting it.
That man has done more evil than Hitler, and Bush hates black people.
Look at his efforts with Hurricane Katrina, he really cares about people.

These people don't need circumcisions, they need clean water, honest politicians, and us to stop exploiting them.

This is just more proof that circumcision has negative effects.
Bush wants Africans to die off, and stop having babies.
Why would Bush help people he hates? He's not, he is pretending to help them, when in fact he is hurting them.
