Hi Romeo: I've never had that good of luck with fish oils. I've tried a variety of them over the years and my body just doesn't like them. I carried Standard Processes Tune-Omega 3 oil for a while but I didn't like it. My secretary didn't like it and my patients didn't like it. I've tried that Iceland Omega 3's, didn't like it.
So I don't know what to tell you. I personally stick with olive oil and some flaxseed oil. But even if I go with straight flaxseed oil my body doesn't like it. Seems I have to have olive oil. My wife does real good on just flaxseed oil. Most people do real good on flaxseed oil. Standard Processes Linum B6. But I have to take the flaxseed oil without the B6 in it so I drink the liquid.
The fish oils I just have never been able to take. Allthough I love fish (walleye) and eat it often.
So I don't have any recommendation for any of the fish oils. Try them one at a time and see what your body likes. If you find a good one let the rest of us know.
