Hi Anna,

That video shocked me..it made me all the more determined to let nothing take away the helth I have reclaimed. I feel great, (tired...but good tired...and after all it is Friday and the kids have been pretty lively all week).

I feel really calm in myself (something I thought I had lost forever when I was battling with the 'enemy'.) I am 99% sure it was down to the salt encrusted and fully shelled pumpkin seeds I eat by the handfulls every day (and the Johnny Walker). I have been sending everyone I know who has the affliction (and they have it MUCH worse than I did...they are really in a mess)kilograms of these salted pumpkin seeds. I have been very diligent in ensuring I get LOTS down every day ...I started to see an almost imediate reaction....have been eating them for about 3 months now...

I had most of those things in the photo as well and possibly a few more...I was sad to hear you are still getting those 'rotten' grits etc. out of your face still...you really have had a much more sever case of it than me. I've just bought some hydrogen peroxide (can't get the iodine..so make the most of it while you have it available over there!) and some other 'skin cleaning' products...I have another strange 'circle' mark appearing on my other cheek that I am going to try and deal with this weekend (wish me luck!)

Keep up with the salt Anna, I think it may be a winner....

I need a new couch so I'll be looking for one this weekend...hope there's something nice out there. (this place still echoes as I have only a few things in it still...and I've decided I need some comfort in my life again so I'll get a lounge...don't want anything in cottoon ....I SCARED of the stuff now!! Those damn fibers give me the creeps everytime I seem them floating in the air....they wriggle and squirm.... so I don't know what sort of material I will get the couch in....leather gets too sweaty in summer....so I'll have to have a good look around....wish me luck...
