I bought some pumpkin seeds, liquorice (real stuff), brazil nuts, zinc tablets, brewers yeast, Sea Salt , Epsom Salts , psyhllium husks....just a few more things....I could not get your Iodine (we only have tablets) and no gentian violet....these 'old' things seem to have been taken off the market.

I'm trying to get hold of a Colloidal Silver maker (I don't have a credit card....and I don't want to get one just to do 'internet shopping'(heehee!)..so I might try and get one of the local pharmacies to order one for me (just thought of that...don't know if they would, but I will give it a go)...

Have been up all day again...I laid down around 2.30am this morning and I think I got about half and hour sleep as I had the sensation of 'waking up' at around 3.30am this morning...however since then have been awake all day as usual....

The weather here is BEAUTIFUL and tonight saw the most amazing sunset with an explosion of pink clouds and brilliant sun beams shooting out all over...it was absolutely stunning!!!If I took a photo of it you would have thought I had photo shopped it....

It's 8.15pm Saturday night and the place is SO quiet....this is a really beautiful street I live in....

My skin doesn’t feel very 'active' at the moment even though the muscles of my lover inner arms feel 'metallic energy' (don't know how to put the feeling into words!)... this is the arm that has been having those really weird severe cramps....

I was quite shocked to hear you say that you too experience the expelling of 'blood blobs'!!! What is happening to us???.....but as you say... we are getting better...I have to agree with you that your symptoms were much more severe than mine, but that we are both better than we have been. The other lady that is in Melbourne that I talk to is like you were....

I have really tried as many things as I could throw at this 'thing' and have 'intuited' many of the protocols that seem to have offered some relief to the 'morphing' symptoms...(just wish I had a bath tub! Even my brother doesn't have one in his apartment....he just has a large Roman Tub...that would take heaps of water to fill!!....but I might give it a go...He said he's had a few baths and it was great....like a mini indoor swimming pool!...(oh boy...wish I'd put a bath into this place now...but all I could think of at the time was to make it like a large open shower area so I could really scrub my skin...)....the sea is just that little bit too cool at the moment (but I'm a real sook!).

Ann - I meant to ask you before, have you ever posted any photos on Curezone?...I have a few I've taken down the microscope and my 'cocoon' things I'd like to show you...just not sure how to do it....

ANYHOW.....!!!! I must go....

P.S. Check out some of the funny 'practical jokes' on Youtube...laughed so hard last night I think I really improved my immune system 100%....as the Readers Digest always used to say....'Laughter is the best medicine"....maybe this is where our cure will come from??/!!!! ......
