I think the most important part of doing Fecal Transplantation is to do it immediately after the donor has a bowel movement, before any of the good bacteria has a chance to die. The reason I say this is that I did the Fecal Transplantation only four times. Plus my granddaughter, being only six months old, pooed very little. I barely got any feces to do the Fecal Transplantation with. But the feces I got must have been filled with healthy bacteria, because the effect was immediate.
