Want to be sure im doing this right..

Hello all,

I am 25 male..

I started today with the Master-Cleanse and this is how I do it:

2 tablespoons of lemon juice (bio)
2 tablespoons of maple syrop (bio)
1/10 teaspoon of cayenne
8 oz of water

and mix it all

and I am drinking 6-12 glasses per day and my goal is 10 days..

Can I drink an unlimited amount of water on top of the MC? and am I missing something..
