RE: Cayenne - Yes, I only have a tsp measuring 1/8, so I put a bit less. A little burn, but nothing long-lasting.
Let's see, day 1 was extremely difficult. I had a headache so bad I was nauseas. It lasted all night through the next day. Although on day 2 it lessoned quite a bit.
On day 2 I felt almost high, and as if my brain was going in slow motion. I haven’t been hungry, but have had cravings. They pass fairly quickly. Whenever I can remember to do so I tell myself I feel full and satisfied.
Day 3 has been much easier. I do feel a little tired. My brain feels sharper. I got the Smooth Move tea, which has been very effective. The first 2 days I also used the internal salt water rinse. Now I am only going to do that on occasion, since the tea is working so well. I also have 1 cup of mint tea each day.
So far I am only drinking 6 glasses of lemonade, as I would also like the added benefit of losing weight. If I feel up to it tomorrow, I plan to start working out again, and then may increase my intake by a glass or two.
When I think about doing this for 10 days or more, it feels like too much, so I stay focused on today. Just for Today. Then by the time the day has ended I feel like I can do it one more day.
