Can my son chelate mercury and lead and aluminum with a porcelain cap in place?

My son (15) is not well allergies, fatigue, body aches, acne. He had the hair elements, lead and aluminum are mod elevated. I want to start to slowly chelate him but he has a porcelain crown, cap in place on a molar due to biting a pen cap and a causing a slight crack. He did have 2 mercury fillngs about 4 years ago, a mercury free dentist replaced them with composites not a holistic dentist and not according to any protocol. I really think he will be helped with chelation but I know there is not mercury under the cap(mercury free dentist did it) but what about other metals? DMSA and ALA also remove other metals besides mercury? What can I do and where can I go etc??

Bikergirl, can you ask your dentist, I would be willing to travel with son and get some stuff done on me also. Prob still cheaper than having it done here.
