I have a question. I plan to finish my Water Fast in another 4 days, so it will be 2 weeks in all. My husband is expressing severe concerns especially since I have to drive everyday with my kid and have to attend classes and work on a lot of assignments. He is worried I might faint or something when I am driving with my kid ! So I have decided to break my fast in the next 4 days. But I have not fully detoxified yet. I have a long way to go for that. Plus, I dont want to lose too much weight in a water fast, then eat like mad after the fast and balloon up again. So i wanna take it slow and develop good and healthy eating habits.
Will it be okay for me to start another long Water Fast after 3 weeks or 1 month of eating healthy? It has been only 2 weeks for me into Water Fasting and I already feel good.. I want to fully detoxify and experience and cherish the wonderful feeling !
