Originally I stopped the leg cramps by making sure that my urine pH, when I went to bed, was high, but now I sometimes still get cramps in my left leg, what might be also coming from the spine.
So I just started experimenting again. In the water (75 oz)for the day I add 1/2 tsp Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate) so I supplement throughout the day. This only has been a few days so I can't tell yet how it is going to work.
I was using regular magnesium, but sometimes I forget to take it.
