Bloodwork results and need help in interpretation

I need help in interpreting the results.I am trying to conceive for 2 over years.I am in late thirties. I recently had bloodwork done with an endocrinologist and these are the results.

Cortisol(am) 9.4 (4.0-22.0)
T4 8.4 (4.5-12.0 ug/dL)
TSH 5.03(0.4-4.50 uiU/mL)

ACTH: 19 (5-27 pg/ml)
T4,Free, Direct Dialysis (0.8-2.7 mg/dL)

Thyroglobulin 1.4 LOW (2.0-35.0 mg/mL)
Thyroglubulin Antibodies 218 HIGH (0-20 IU/mL)
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies 642 High (0-34 IU/mL)

Vitamin D,25-Hydroxy,LC/MS/MS
Vitamin D, 25-OH,Total 34 (20-100 ng/mL)
Vitamin D,25-OH,D3 29ng/mL
Vitamin D,25-OH, D2 5 mg/mL

25-OHD3 indicates both endogenous production and supplementation.25-OHD2 is an indicator of exogenous sources such as diet or supplmentation. Therapy is based on measurement of Total 25-OHD, with levels <20mg/ml indicative of Vitamin D deficiency while levels between 20mg/mL and 30 ng/mL suggest insufficiency. Optimal levels are >30 ng/ml.

My thyroglobulin antibodies and thyroid peroxidase antibidies seem very high.I have been doing parasite cleanse and intestinal cleanses.
I was told to take Levoxyl(25mcg) by my endocrinologist

I first tested TSH in Jan 2006 and it was 2.3. Mt naturopath M.D. doctor recommended armour thyroid 15mg because he wanted it to be between 1-2.I took it for 2-3 months and in May2007 I tested again and it was 0.59. I tested again by my chiropractor and TSH went up to 4.29.I was shocked it went up so high. I was recommended Thyrosol by metagenics to take.

So which is better to take Thyrosol or Levoxyl for me? I really don't know who to follow and which is better although I am taking Thyrosol now and also taking half teaspoon seas salt.

Can anyone give advice? Really appreciate your help in advance. Thanks!
