B2reflect, I read that you use olive oil for cooking.. You really shouldnt use it for cooking as its not a high heat oil.. olive oil's chemical structure changes under heat and becomes very unhealthy for. Olive oil is an oil you should use as a topping or to mix with after cooking. say for me I will throw olive oil into my rice after i cook it, and ill trhow in some red wine vinegar and spices.. Very delicious!! For cooking you should try Virgin organic Palm oil from TropicalTraditions.com or coconut oil. this place has the best CO ive found. if your not big on the co taste get the green label because its cold pressed, but if u want pure co made without any processing they have straight virgin co !! I love it. they also have the co cream which i snack with and put it on peanut butter and honey sandwitches -personal recipe! (i also get my honey there!)
