I do understand. But really it's one of those mixed blessing things, too. I saw what I believe was the top inch or so of part of an ascaris. The head was literally the size of my pinkie finger, which creeped me out to no end. I have passed several of these, but this one took the award for all time gross out. Let me tell you, the lead up before passing this was very unsettling/very uncomfortable.

Here's my suggestion: Have a flashlight there in the bathroom with you. Granted, I know this is obsessive, however, hey, most of us if not all of us on here that are doing a cleanse want to see the results no matter the cost. Have that flashlight handy and go for it after each bm. Here's the other suggestion: I saw basically EVERYTHING after taking my humaworm and then 5 caps of Oxypowder the evening before hand. THEN you may get to see what you are eager to find...the oxypowder is expensive and pretty powerful stuff. RG said you can get the same results for alot cheaper using epsom salts. If you do decide to take the plunge, up your water even more, I stopped using it b/c I have found that it tends to dehydrate me alot in combo with the humaworm. I also passed the monster about 48 hrs after using the oxypowder and decided to just take a break and let the humaworm go it alone b/c I was concerned about repetitively using the oxypowder and encouraging my colon to become very lazy, which I hear is quite common...

Lastly, and most disgustingly (!) if you still aren't seeing things, get a wad of toilet paper, enough to be able to use it as a probing device and probe around the deposit -- that often will stir things up. Usually everything I passed, liver flukes, and such, were all sort of floating around at the top of the water line, so were easy to see.
