i put a whole bag of Epsom Salts in the bath. i soak and sweat in the hot water and let the skin absorb all the magnesium it wants. i stay in the water till after i can taste it in my mouth. this doesnt take long. it is cleansing, rejuvenating and replinishes this supply of magnesium we need. plus, it feels good. once a week(at least) is highly recommended by yours truly. my body tells me when i need one.
