i agree. i am not inclined, however, to seek comfort and convenience in this matter. i think those things are how folks got into these messes in the first place. its having your cake and eat it too. i am no masochist, but it seems to me that every time man tries to fix a problem the easy way, he creates even more to deal with, just a different set of problems, usually with more serious consequences than before. i am tired of problems. i would rather take my lumps and do my time and get it over with and dont do that again so i dont end up in the same shape again.

i think Iodine is a godsend. i dont see any downsides. all i see is reaping what we have already sown. how can that be a bad thing?
