pregnancy and cleansing?????

My sister is 22 weeks pregnant and wants to cleanse with The Master Cleanse because in her last pregnancy she had toxemia and it looks to be heading that way with this pregnancy and her allergies are killing her...
Can she cleanse for 10 days?
Before pregnancy days her cramps were dibilitating and the idiot would take extreme amounts of tylenol ect. So I know her liver is not working to the best of its abilities. Another reason to cleanse to stave off the toxemia.
