Meat doesn't agree with my digestive system. So I've cut it out...for good.
I spend less than 20 minutes preparing my foods. I don't eat anything packaged or with funny-sounding ingredients in it.
Right now, I'm eating very little. Most foods irritate my already diseased gums. I drink water, eat rice and consume smoothies. That's my diet as of now (until my oral issues are resolved).
I get more than enough protein in my diet.
I've scheduled a visit to the dentist. It'll cost $560 to get a deep cleaning. It will be hard getting that kind of money together (since I'm uninsured). But it is a necessity.
