Hi Killimunati:
Keep up your diet. Animal protien is harder for humans. We humans have similar teeth as all herbivores, molers for chewing. See all the meat eaters they only have scissors. all herbivores have long intestines, carnivores have short and straight intestines. They also have very strong stomach acid. They do not need to chew their food, they gobble it down.
My daughter goes to Duke University. We were glad that we ate at te new Duke organic cafe while visitng her for parents weekend. The place was full so the mnager so us four and said that she would help us get our food ordered. We ate and walked away. In the afternoon while touring the campus we bumped into the cafe manager. So she stopped us to ask us about our experience at the cafe. We told her that we werevery happy with eveything. She then shared something with us ...she sad next time you come here eat our Indian food, do you know that it was rated the best? I said no, Why? She said that when they opened the restaurant FDA had tested the entire menu. They found that Indian basmati rice mixed with lentil was the best protien, they said the perfect protien. Since thenI try to eat khicheri(mix of rice and lentil) whenever I can.
Also eat turmeric, everyday, if you can eat it raw even better, it has very good
Antibiotic and anti-inflamatory properties.
Keep it up.
