Re: Kombucha Tea and honey questions??

Hi. Well the first batch with Honey well was a sweet taste sort of like honey. I dind't like the taste so while visting my dropoff site for Realmilk I talked to the DVM and the farmer and some people tried adding grapejuice concentrate which I did after the brewing cycle and let it sit in the refrig overnight. This tasted very good and the kids like the taste. It wiped out a cold pretty fast.

Well since that batch was being used up, I decided to use agave nectar instead of honey which I used a 1 cup per gallon. This time I used the nectar about 3/4cup and 1/4 cup grapejuice concentrate. Also I added a little D-Ribose to the mixture.
