All I did was take heavy metal urine tests that showed high before and after they showed clear. My ears would no longer break out if I wore earrings all day. Prior to taking the Modiflan, they broke out and got bloody and crusty after wearing earrings for an hour. My other symptoms started to go away also. So I have not doubt about this product. But some have success with other things as well. Modiflan is just a sure thing in my book.The website below talks about cilantro, that some have used.
