thanks for replying. so- please be specific....can i take one dose at 6, one at 8 pm then the oil at 10 or 11pm? then you say one in the morning i guess would be at 6 b/c the colonic is at 10.
and- i have always taken 1 cup of oil...this recipe calls for 1/2 cup. can i do the normal 1 cup? is this what you do?
