Re: Are Epsom Salts Safe?

Liver Flushing with Epsom Salts has actually helped me bring my blood pressure under control. The body will absorb all the mineral magnesium it needs, then flush out the rest by drawing fluid into the bowel. Magnesium is also excellent for joint, muscles and bones. I believe Epsom Salt can actually help lower blood pressure in many peole
Please stay away from the Sea Salt water flush though. The theory is that the saline solution will go right through you, but it doesn't work that way for all people. The last two times I tried a SWF, my blood pressure spiked to dangerous heights, both systolic and diastolic. While you will find many people suggesting this over the Epsom Salts , it has too much potential dangers for those of us with high blood pressure.
