Please stay away from the Sea Salt water flush though. The theory is that the saline solution will go right through you, but it doesn't work that way for all people. The last two times I tried a SWF, my blood pressure spiked to dangerous heights, both systolic and diastolic. While you will find many people suggesting this over the Epsom Salts , it has too much potential dangers for those of us with high blood pressure. Tweet
