using painting as a test is not a good idea. it does not correlate to the triple tests the docs are doing. it is inaccurate. plus, painting is not an effective means of supplementing. only about 7% of the elemental portion of the Iodine gets absorbed and the rest evaporates. this is one area where i believe the placebo effect is greater than the actual benefit. not that this is bad. i like placebo because i know the mind is powerful and must be focused before anything can work. there is the nocebo effect as well, where perfectly good protocols can be sabotaged by the mind.
painting is good for cuts and moles and bromide zits and such.
