Has this been asked before?

I don't always read enough at a forum to be sure my questions haven't been asked and answered before.

If this question has, please forgive me...

Does your bladder get fully emptied each time you go?

I felt like a ninny this morning when I awakened remembering that mine doesn't always.

My mom pointed that out one day. She said that her doctor had showed her how to completely empty her bladder.

I didn't pick up on that comment until sometime later, and I forgot to ask her how.

So I invented a couple of simple moves. I double my fists and press lightly over the bladder area, kind of bending over my clasped hands.

(Well, I already admitted my tummy is large! But not for long if I have any say in the matter!)

With the brown rice thingy...

If I eat pasta, chocolate cupcakes, or Chinese, the 'urgency' (sharpness, or stinging) begins to return, and I need some rice. Eating some, soon after an indescretion, moderates the 'urgency' sensation to some degree...but I am better off not giving in to temptation.

That IP6 must be great stuff.

Perhaps I will afford the price, and buy the concentrate, soon.

I also suspect lemons have been part of the stinging sensation, and I've been mostly off them for a while. I'll try them once more, and see. Also some avocado...some each day is supposed to be good for you.

Apparently the urinary system is supposed to be slightly acidic. Perhaps mine has been too much so.

Any comments?
