Yes, it depends a lot from where you came. After 4 years of cleansing and doing a lot of other things plus I already had been almost a year on 8g C and took Brazil nuts daily.
Never needed the saltflush and went up fast to 100mg Lugols.
Now after 7 months changed to maintenance 2-5 drops a day.
