I have been taking Glyconutrients for a year and a half now (made myself) and ever since starting them my bm have been regular(constipation used to be a bit of a problem) but it has become to regular 2 to 3 times a day and its getting to the stage where I dont want to venture very far from the toilet. I am thinking of stopping them but not sure if I am doing the right thing as I very rarely get minor ailments such as colds etc anymore. Was hoping that this would have rectified itself over time - but not so. Any suggestions out there (I have ms that was the reason for taking them in the first instance). Wondered whether to take them maybe every other day?
