You might want to add some "Bobs Red Mill Rice Bran" with each dose of glyconutrients. I do this and it seems to slow things down. It is found at health food stores, a co-op or Fred Meyers. A little "Body Building Protein" (whey protein) might help. Walmart has a cheap brand called "Body Fortress".
As I recall, 2-3 times a day is normal.
It never hurts to a few days off, depending on your dose of glyconutrients.
