My PepZin GI finally arrived in the mail. I’m about to embark on a new personal experiment to cure my suspected leaky gut and eventually achieve ultra smooth clear skin all over my body, and have zero liver stones .

So I’ve got my stuff ready. Doctor’s Best PepZin GI. Healthy Options MSM. And Solgar Biotin.

Dosage:

For Pepzin GI, just follow the instructions. That is 1 capsule 2 times daily during or after meals. Where one capsule is 37.5 mg of PepZin GI which makes 75 mg a day. Check.

For Biotin, I’ve 600 mcg tablets so a 10 mg requirement per day makes some 16 tablets per day or 8 tablets 2 times daily.

For MSM, I’ve got 1000 mg capsules. So let’s try this at 8000 mg per day makes 4 capsules 2 times per day.

So in 30 days I should be free of liver stones and have ultra clear skin. But the PepZin GI is a 60 day thing so I need to continue with that. I need to do more research on MSM and Biotin too.
