Nope never tried the bitters. Ive never found anywhere to buy them yet and havent gotten around to order them online. But yes, Ive completed 4 Liver Flushes and am doing my 5th tonight. I think they are making the biggest difference in my health. I feel like all the vitamins, efas, etc in the world cannot work properly in your body when your liver and other organs are not functioning right. But Liver Flushing has really been a two steps forward, one step back type process for me..I know my last flush really released a lot of toxins and stirred things up a bit.
