Heavy duty, the pioneering mike mentzer theory

I encountered the works of Mike Mentzer a couple of months ago, and since then my view of the theory of weight trainig and anaerobic exercise has dramtically changed, for the better. I have learnt, from these workings the princple theories of stimulating muscle growth and how to do this in the most efficent way. As a result i have gained a large amount of MUSCLE mass of the past month only.

Mike mentzer stated that the general mass of te public train too frequently, for too long and at not high enough intensity. Ideally one should train every 5 - 7 or more days, for a maximum of 30 - 40 mins or less, an with the intensity being high enough to allow t come to positive failure one the first set of an exercise and after 6 - 10 reps. the proof that this works? well i can tell you it works for me for a start, and everyone who applies themself to it, apart from the thousands of succesful clients he trained with this approach. Mentzer said one could realise their genetic potential in a year if hese high intensity principles were adhered to strictly.

I was wondering if anyone else has come across Mike Mentzer's works and feels the same about it?
