Re: Sympathetic nervous system instability

I am one of the few people on the forum in your mother's age group (will be 72 in 2 months). Started on CZ when I was 67.

A lot of people in nursing homes have tremors I heard, it comes from years of prescription drugs. I have head tremors after 40 years of prescription drugs, now after doing cleansing and improved lifestyle and stopping drugs (6) 3 years ago, I am still working on the tremors.

There are no easy answers it really takes a total commitment from your mother.

The advice I have gotten here is L-thyrosine and GABA. I made some improvement with it. Now I take it few times a week, since I am now taking Taurine and that helped too. The taurine I do every day and at this point will keep this up.

My new experiment which I have added is B&B from the Ask Barefoot forum. Just have been doing this for a week.

The problem is if you keep taking medication.

Because of all I have done so far, mainly the liverflushing, I can walk again after needing cortisone epidurals for spinal stenosis, also an "old" person sickness.

As you can tell it has taken me a few years, so basically cleansing all the organs, no grain but I added meat back in, only grass fed no hormones etc.
I added Iodine in Feb and that has helped with clearing my head more too.

Since 3 years I hired a personal trainer and I work out 2x a week. Also use my chi machine daily for lymph cleaning.

As you can tell not just one thing will do it, it takes time to figure it all out, but it is important to take the first step, I only came here because I needed gallbladder surgery and started liverflushing, it has changed my life and I had no idea that this was going to happen.
