Sans, you shouldn't feel bad about letting all of us know about the good results you've experienced from eating sauerkraut, nor should you feel bad about offering information that has helped so many around here. Each of us is responsible for our own health and making intelligent decisions about how to take care of ourselves. Who knows why this poster chose to eat a food she knew was not good for her condition, but you are not responsible for her making this decision.
