Using fresh foods to ferment each other. If I am wrong please correct me eyeball.

You should be soaking your seeds and from what I understand her saying is using fruits (apples) to blend with the other foods to help break down foods before we start eating them.

I soak nuts but haven't tried the soaking of veggies/fruits yet.

Need clarification.

Just eating better will help your pms, try it a couple of more months.
