Hi,

I've been high RAW VEGAN for the last 2 months. I've been trying to cure my GERD/indegestion, but in the process my PMS has been THE WORST EVER!!!!!

This morning I had sever diarahea (spelling?) and I was throwing up - which I never, ever do!!!

I usually have stomach cramps - which a couple of over-the-counter painkillers usually treat. But, today I threw up as soon as I took them with a glass of water.

My period itself has much lighter than usual. (Which I believe is due to the RAW diet) But, please can someone advice on the pain - I don't think I can go through this again next month!
