This is the place to share your concerns. Katy's advise about Barefoots, Dr Christopher compound Lower Bowel Ballance is very helpfull. You are probably dealing with years of a particular type of eating and it can take a bit of time to relieve the symptoms of that course. Try reading up on the people who have gone from very sick to very healthy, like Arnold Ehret just for one, there are many publications. The bowel problems you are afraid of are very likely not your problem, most of us just have congested systems, meaning all our organs are comprimised so that in the case of elimination you are besides being colon congested probably very low on bile ect. The answer is to get regular thru any healthy means,fruit,LLB,metamucil, anything natural but with a bulk producing aspect which helps the perastaltic action also, as opposed to a laxitive like senekot ect, which just burns a hole thru but isnt really fixing the problem at all. And youll probably have to up the frequenciy of doseage also. Along with cutting out the regular,low fiber,high protein diet. You will probably be comfortable with certain forum leaders here so talk to them all, they want to help you be relieved of this. Dont forget your need for physical activity to assist this also.

btw wheatgrass can be mixed with any fruit or vegatable juice if there is no fiber/pulp, it is suprmemly powerfull but usually diluted is best and daily continued usuage necessary and will assist us regain health often times without evan changing other diet habits. How we react to it, evan by its smell will tell us how congested we are.

I put 3 to 4 oz into a half gallon of water and add a guart or more of any pulp free juice to make a tonic which can be taken 8 oz every hour when attempting to relieve some ailment or asssit the bodies chemsitry.
