What is LBB? I tried taking Natural Calm which is Magnesium Citrate and it seemed to work alittle, but it seemed to iritate my stomach with bleeding. I guess that is why I am leary of taking Oxypowder which is I think is Magnesium Oxcide. I took Colonix, but it did not work, either. I was also drinking some Organic Aloe vera Juice, but I decided to stop that as that is a laxitive, too.

I am pretty sure I might have an annal fissure or blockage because I cannot induce a bm except with laxitives. And they only work for 2 days and then I'm back to the constipation. This is the second day after I took the Senokot on on Wed and got results on Thursday, but all I have is some gas and slight urge to go today. I don't like taking laxitives, It doesn't look like I have much choice.


Today I just had some prune juice, fruit, and prunes for breakfast. For lunch a chicken breast, and just alittle pinto beans and cooked vegetables. Plus I am drinking lots of water. It is dinner time and I am not even hungry.

I hate to pour out my problems over the Internet, but I am kind of at a loss what to do. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Tweet
