I'm breaking my 92 day Water Fast tomorrow with some fresh juice and plan to continue on the juice for a while. My question to you experienced water fasters is how long would you recommend staying on juice? I have read that you should juice fast for the same length of time as your Water Fast before resuming solid foods, but 92 days seems a bit excessive for breaking a fast. Any suggestions on how long I should stay on juice?
