Thank you so much for your feedback and confirming that it is a good idea to keep it honest and get help. I really appreciate that because it takes away some of the sting of not having kept to my plan. Since I am an all or nothing person and I kind of "messed up" today. I am starting over tomorrow. Good for you! for being able to stay away from the coffee. That must have been hard. What a FABULOUS victory!
I think ultimately that, for myself, this is a personal journey about how to be "alone" without being "lonely". But then again, I just may have to swallow my lumps of loneliness in order to make some real meaningful breakthroughs. Then, perhaps, when I truly confront it without distracting myself from what it is supposed to teach me, I can make better strides towards spiritual wholeness.
