I agree with you.. it helps me too when I actually admit what I did (esp when I get too tempted during my fast and end up eating something). I am on my 3rd day today. And I am feeling awful. The 1st day I couldn't do away with the coffee though..but today..i think I am doing much better ! I am not craving for food or anything..but I can hear my stomach growl ! It is so loud at times, that I feel quite conscious ! And my mouth is beginning to smell weird too.
