In terms of Body Odor , like me, you may be someone whose body doesn't eliminate bacteria well. I bought a juicer a month ago. I began fresh fruit juicing in the morning and fresh vegetable juice in the evening. Within ONE week, my Body Odor was gone. I barely need deodorant now. My "privates" no longer have copious discharge and have NO smell. What a relief. My bad breath, i think, is a symptom of chronic dry mouth. My mother had this problem. I try to drink 10 glasses of water per day, chew gum to produce more saliva and brush my teeth twice per day with a mixture of salt, peroxide and baking soda. It helps, but thus far hasn't ridden me of the problem 100% although my breath is definitely less offensive. I got rid of my bad breath totally several years ago after adhering to a whole foods diet for 6 months (no sugar, no dairy, no wheat no yeast). Having to be so vigilant is exhausting, but I guess it is my cross to bear.
