2 weeks into a month long parasite flush, can i still do a liver flush?

i am into my 2nd week of a parasite cleanse, and was wondering if i can do a cleanse to get rid of any liver stones ? and if so is there a simple one to do? the ones i have found seem to be a little complicated. can i do just a coffee ene
ema, and if so can some one give me the instructions to do it, i will just be using a plain enema bag. i will be using just regular coffee; plus i also have some olive oil. one last question, how many times should it take before i start to see stones coming out, and how many of these can/should i do a day. sorry for all of the questions. sorry forgot i couple of details; i just had my gall bladder out the end of may, and i also am a diabetic.
