too funny! i too slept on the couch, but i was miserable from the potions and it was my 12th flush. my body's developed a natural gag reflex to the oil these days so yah, i suffer. as far as the Epsom Salts go, cap them! then swallow with regular liquid dose.

how to cap them? measure out your dose and put in 'oo' (the biggest) gelatin caps. this works wonders as long as you are not afraid to swallow approximately 12 large pills!
